My friends just had their second baby today...yay! I made this card using a design/template by Kristina Werner (posted on Two Peas in a Bucket and video tutorial on YouTube: Starofmay).
Gotta love polka dot everything!
Kristina's technique is one that you can apply to your projects for any occasion: stamp a single image multiple times, cut out a couple of the images and use pop dots to add dimension. Very simple, but adds a lot of interest to a card or project.
